Great staff especially carol Shannon Dennis and Guy, liked Olivia always smiling, Matron should always be in ward round and not the miserable lady not sure her name carol much more trusting
Food ok housekeepers nice good activities if you want them and Dr B a true gent nice man him and matron very kind

Very happy with the ward needs ce staff good food and everyone helpful, thanks Carol for the tobacco and shower gel a great Nurse who always helps and is very approachable Olivia is very kind enjoyed her chats glad to go home today thanks for all the help Rumi is top bloke

Had a couple of very bad days and two members of staff gave me all the time I needed to empathise and help me. Great service!

The staff are lovely and very caring
More flexibility about leave.
More physical activity and structure to the day for those without leave.
This should be concrete and not dependent on staffing levels
